Here at Hedgehog IT we have firm beliefs - based on morals & principals. We've been around a while (though this is our latest venture together), and in our time, we feel we've been around the block once or twice and maybe through the ringer once too.

It is very important to us, that we work only with the right people. People who share our beliefs.

Trust, integrity, transparency and honesty are vital. Without them communication breaks down and things turn sour. We don’t like sour.

So this is why we make Our Promise.

We promise to work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction. An easy claim to make, right? Granted. "Why?" or "What makes you different?" you may wonder... well in truth, we just love what we do and we're very passionate about it.

We love information technology, and we love helping people to use their IT more efficiently, solve their problems, and make things work for them!

We will never 'rip you off'. Nor will we heavily inflate or mark up prices of components, hardware or software.

If a job takes us half an hour, we'll charge you for half an hour. Not one or two! If it can be done or carried out on-site by one man, we'll do it with one man. Not two or three (and not charging you twice or thrice).

If you have any questions or queries about our techniques, our methodology or our invoicing - we will sit down and explain them to you in a non-scientific way, that you can understand.

We promise to be reliable and trustworthy - we will always give you our professional opinion, outlining any options where applicable. We understand that ultimately, decisions are yours to make but we will ensure you are fully informed and aware of all of your options (and what each entails) before you do so.

We promise to do exactly what we say - to be transparent, in all that we do.

We strongly feel this approach works best (in all walks of life, not just in business). We believe loyalty and trust is something that is built up over time - in truth, most of our clients have been with us for many years as evidence of this belief.

We know that if we can help you, improve your IT, make it work for you, fix and solve your problems whilst providing you with great service at a palatable price, that you will come back if you need us again.

That is our promise, and that is what we will aim to do. Not just the first time, but every time.
