• 'Pay As You Go' Billing - if you only need us for one hour that is all you pay.

'Comprehensive': Complete Support

The ideal solution for businesses without an internal IT Support Team or those looking to outsource their 'IT Department'.

Retainer-based Support has the following key features:

  We will regularly insepct and maintain all of your computer systems; performing maintenance tasks to help preserve performance and take a proactive approach to help prevent technical problems arising.

• Cost Effective

  If you regularly have IT related questions/queries or experience frequent issues with your IT, our retainer-based plans are almost always more cost effective. You will benefit from a manageable fixed-rate fee and gain entitlement to further reduced costs and discounts over our Ad-hoc service option where additional support is required.

  We have various support & maintenance options available and are able to tailor our solutions to best fit your needs.
